Data Quality – What does your data say about your organisation?

How does the quality of your data impact upon patient safety? 

The purpose of this webinar is to understand what your data says about you and your organisation.

It will look at the impact of the quality of your data held in Trust systems, the impact on patient safety, care and experience as well as the individuals who work in your organisation and what can be done to support them.

It will help you identify who should be involved in bringing together a solution, how you get others involved, including your CEO and CIO, and how you get staff to come along and attend a very different way of training.

At the end of this webinar, you will be able to pull together a unique way of training your staff, a Brilliant Quality Café, helping them understand how pivotal their roles are in delivering safe and effective care and making them feel valued by helping them attain job satisfaction. 

When implemented, at the end of your Brilliant Quality Café and assessment, staff will become accredited administrators and recognised as such by the Institute of Health Records and Information Management, the professional body responsible for those working in health informatics administration and patient services.
